As a small company with limited resources for a full-time marketing assistant, one of my required tasks as an intern for Miss Macaroon was to design a short/medium term marketing roadmap and strategy for anyone at the company to be able to implement.

The document I created needed to be clearly communicated and concise, supported with content guidelines and examples. It needed to be a quick and easy way for the CEO or future office support assistant to put in place new ideas, with guidelines on how to implement them and how to support them using online content.
